Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)

For several months TBI has been preparing and planning for the eventual release of $4 billion dollars of NSP funds that is in the Economic Recovery Act 2008. Now in addition to that amount there comes another $2 billion dollars in NSP funds that was recently set aside in the Economic Recovery Act 0f 2009 (Stimulus Package). The preparation and planning phase has been time consuming and costly but also very rewarding. We have established ourselves as an industry leader with regards to projects with not only a Construction need but also an Environmental need as well.

Some of the planning has included:

Cross training nearly all of our employees in the Lead industry so that they can co-mingle on job sites and complete projects quickly and with minimal delays.

Recruit some the area's best craftsmen in their respective fields so that we can self perform the majority of the work. These in house services include but are not limited to the following:
